Twice as Hot

Title: “Twice as Hot”
Medium: Oil
Dimensions: 5″x5″

There is a stew recipe made with chicken and peanutbutter I use these Habanero’s for. The recipe calls for one, but I normally put in two - we like it hot. You put them in whole, just puncture them with a knife and then let the cooking take over. The peppers melt and nearly disintegrate. Careful not to mix them up with a sweet carrot. The stew gets an incredibly wonderful flavor from the peppers. Even the leftovers don’t mellow, you still get a nice burn.

Want the recipe for this incredible dish? You can find it here

If you make this - try it with just one first.
