Title: “Book Browser”
Medium: Oil< Dimensions: 6"x6"
I spend an inordinate amount of time in museums, bookstores and cafe’s, and going to art shows. I also spend alot of my time studying people - their body language and faces. This woman’s hair caught my eye, thick and wavy, obviously colored. She was very into her browsing, then she pulled out her blackberry to make notes about something she was interested in. This painting has incredible detail in the features of her face.
This painting is sold.

Title: “Nuts for Pistachios”
Medium: Oil
Dimensions: 5″x7″
There is only one pistachio in this image, but you know you can’t just eat one. You go back for more and more and more until the container is empty. These had a natural white shell that kept your fingers from getting stained that wonderful fushia. The nuts were sitting atop a white plate so you can see the nut shells gently reflecting on the surface.
