Are you lucky? I’ve never really “won” anything (yet), oops I take that back. I once guessed the number of pieces (closest without going over) of bubble gum in a jar and won the jar of bubble gum. On occasion I play cards and win some, loose some. Same with scrabble. Some days you get the best cards or letters, and other times you get the worst - then there’s not much you can do.
I watched a friends peculiar behavior once while playing Black Jack at a casino. If they were doing well with that dealer, when the dealer switched to another table, they would follow them to the new table and look for an opening. If they were not doing well, after a few hands, they would pick up and move to a different table. The motto was “when you’re hot you’re hot, when you’re not, you’re not” so best to take advantage of a winning “streak” but recognize when things were cooling down and quit when it wasn’t going your way.
LUCKY.
